Mike Bubyn

Mike Bubyn, M.Sc., and CTDP

Mike has been an active volunteer since becoming a member in 2007 with The Institute for Performance and Learning. He has been an Awards Judge for the past 10 years and deeply involved in the process throughout that time.

This year, he stepped into the role of Awards Chair and set up the Awards of Excellence for success. Mike re-imagined the rubrics, and also created the Learner Impact Award which was decided on by the membership through an online voting campaign. Mike thoughtfully and diligently created webinars and other tools to illustrate the submission process.

Mike has contributed greatly to The Institute this year. He has been an invaluable volunteer by committing countless hours to The Awards of Excellence program. He displayed incredible leadership by mobilizing volunteers in the Awards Committee and the Judging Panel. He is the founder of LiftOff Interactive, a learning and performance consulting firm.
