Together with our course partner, Performance Matters, I4PL is delighted to offer the opportunity to enroll in Redesign for Online, an online, live facilitated course that gives instructional designers and learning professionals the skills and tools they need to shift training from in-person to online. This course provides you with the practical strategies needed to make the leap from a traditional room to a virtual one. Hannah Brown, CTDP, principal at Performance Matters, will lead the group through practical, hands-on work to give you the skills and confidence needed for the virtual training pivot.

I am a Learning Design consultant with over 20 years’ experience from working in-house and as an external consultant.

I design courses for e-learning, online and in-person delivery in these areas: leadership development and leadership coaching, sales and customer service, systems implementation, compliance and regulatory.

I have distilled my knowledge and experience with online training into a five-module program to help Learning and Development Professionals respond to the shift to online as a result of COVID.

Over the three-week program, Redesign for online: process, templates and support, participants work on an actual program they need to redesign for online delivery. In my 20 years in Learning and Development, I’ve learned the value of having a partnership approach when working with clients. I’ve built up a ‘library’ of resources and approaches for bringing content to ‘life’ and designing programs in a way that has an impact on performance. In my partnerships with clients, I bring expertise in learning design, leadership and excellent project management skills. My clients bring their expertise of the organizations – the culture, values and systems – that shape what will (and won’t) be successful. In 2019 my client, Shad Canada, and I received a training design award from the Institute for Performance and Learning for a blended program that included and e-learning course and in-person sessions.
