The Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) enables learning and development professionals to demonstrate a broad range of competencies including: assessing performance needs, designing learning, designing curricula, facilitating training, supporting transfer of learning, evaluating training and partnering with clients.
CTDP Standard: Minimum four years full-time experience across the Competencies. This path requires completion of a knowledge exam and a skill demonstration showcasing at least 1 competency.
CTDP Portfolio: Minimum of 12 years’ experience in learning and development as well as demonstrated knowledge and education in: learning and development, professional experience, accomplishments, and professional service. This path requires completion of a portfolio showcasing at least 4 competencies.
