Performance & Learning Month

performance & learning month

We look forward to celebrating Performance and Learning Month in May, 2021. Due to the evolving nature of COVID-19, there will not be a P&L month in 2020.

Performance & Learning Month is an important celebration of performance and learning in the Canadian workplace.

Formerly Learn @ Work Week, we moved to a month-long celebration of performance and learning in the workplace in 2018. This was due to the tremendous momentum and success of L@WW that has been built by Chapters, members and businesses.

Over 1300 participants took part in 35 events throughout Performance & Learning Month! Municipalities across Canada, including Calgary, Victoria, Toronto, Windsor Brampton, St. John's and Nanaimo have recognized September as Performance & Learning and congratulated those celebrating Canada's vibrant performance and learning sector.

Materials Available for Performance & Learning Month
I4PL created a toolkit for 2018 and 2019 and a variety of graphic elements to help launch Performance & Learning Month. We have a guide that offers suggestions on how to get involved as well as ideas on reaching out to local press for your event, and helpful information on how to utilize social media. Graphic elements include, downloadable posters, e-banners, a LinkedIn badge, as well as banner images for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
