The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) does not issue refunds for any memberships, webinars and event registrations.
I4PL National & Chapter Events
Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to the event date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another event within the respective calendar year. If it is a free member event ticket, it is not permitted to transfer one I4PL member's spot to a non-member. If it is a paid member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the member may transfer the ticket to another I4PL member. If it is a paid non-member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the non-member may transfer the ticket to an I4PL member or non-member to use. In the event the I4PL Chapter or I4PL National cancels the event or webinar, then the I4PL office will issue a refund or credit note to the party affected.
I4PL Certification - Refund Policy
Provided no exam has scheduled and no portfolio has been submitted:
- Within 30 days of registration: Full refund minus $100.00 administration fee.
- After 30 days: No refund.
I4PL Membership - Refund Policy
There are no refunds or cancellations of membership fees once the transaction has been processed.
