|Virtual Facilitation Excellence|
Together with our course partner, Shift Facilitation, I4PL is delighted to offer the opportunity to enroll in Virtual Facilitation Excellence, an online, live facilitated course that gives facilitators practical strategies needed to make the leap from a traditional room to a virtual one. Using the Shift Facilitation principles of the Three Domains of Mastery™ — — Virtual Facilitation Excellence offers practical tips and techniques specific to the virtual environment. Facilitators learn to manage various aspects of a virtual classroom including set-up, technology and on-line tools. Adapting proven techniques from radio DJs and television hosts, they learn to maximize the effectiveness of their voice and body language. Benefiting from exercises and real-time feedback, Virtual Facilitation Excellence is customized to the needs of the individual. Focused practice makes the complex tasks of a virtual delivery second nature.
Registration is limited to 10 participants per session
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to elevate your facilitation skills in a small group setting with expert facilitator, Moe Poirier, CTDP.
As Founding Partner of Shift, Moe is on a mission to have corporate trainers reinvent themselves as change agents and value creators in their organizations. For over 15 years, he has honed his craft as a facilitator and a designer of training. Moe has a gift for bringing learning to life and motivating others to strive for more. He is an engineer, an entrepreneur, and an educator. The engineer is purposeful. The entrepreneur is creative. The educator is open. When you meet Moe, you experience a quiet confidence, a humble fierceness, and a generous spirit. Outside of the classroom, you’ll find Moe playing hockey, training for his next running race, or spending time with his family at their home in Roncesvalles, Toronto.
The first session was so popular it sold out and we are offering a second Virtual Facilitation Excellence series, which will be delivered in four online, live workshops:
