The Institute for Performance and Learning is Canada’s only non-profit, membership association representing workplace learning professionals.

Competencies for Performance and Learning Professionals (Competencies)© is the desktop reference every workplace learning professional needs – it is both a guide to your personal professional development and an ideal framework for the design and development of curricula and courses. The Competencies serves as the foundation for the Institute’s certification programs.
