According to Brandon Hall Group, “Learning and development has traditionally been the biggest, most integral and, yes, most complex piece of the talent management puzzle. It is also one of an organization’s biggest budget line items. As such, it commands a great deal of planning, strategy, time, and resources from companies of all sizes and in all industries. The good news is that companies are recognizing the importance and impact of the learning strategy.”

In alignment with Brandon Hall is Ken Taylor in his article Trends 2020, The Broadening Role of L&D. He says that learning and development (L&D) professionals wear many hats and continue to gain new responsibilities beyond their traditional role of deploying training programs at the request of business leaders.

Enter us, the learning professionals!

  • How are roles and careers evolving and changing?
  • What are some trends to anticipate for our future?

The workforce of the future necessarily needs the wide opportunities that eLearning, micro learning, and design thinking provides hence making it a priority for many organizations post-COVID-19 or even during it.

  • Are you and your organization eLearning equipped?
  • How will we handle the challenges and opportunities that our new normal will be?

Let us discuss what all this means in a virtual Think Tank; thought leadership style!
