We’ve worked with the topic of digital facilitation for over a decade and gathered many insights into challenges our clients face with working as effectively digital as face to face. With recent events with Coronavirus, this has become an acute challenge in many professionals around the world.
Just turning your ordinary meeting or training into a video conference doesn’t cut it. Digital facilitation thinking and methods are something that is at the core of our expertise. We are certain that they offer leaders, learning professionals, consultants, and facilitators completely new possibilities.
In this webinar we will share our best practices that you can start applying to your work, starting today. The topics we will go through are:
1. Before, during and after: digital facilitation beyond video conferencing
2. Transparent collaboration
3. Collaborative prioritization & decision making
4. Involving large groups of people
5. Digital ways of working that fit into your existing process
