We will explore the following:
- How to move out from a compliance approach on learning to a mindset that values the learner?
- What is a learning experience and why shall we implement this?
- Who should be part of it?
- How as a learning practitioner can I contribute to its success?
- How can we measure the impact of this mindset shift on business success?
