Through interactive exercises, Doug Heidebrecht will explore practical strategies that can be applied both professionally & personally on the following topics:

Understand the 5 Core Principles of Execution and how to apply them using Priority Mapping techniques. 

Create a Priority Map. Translate your annual goals and strategic priorities into meaningful, actionable objectives for the next 30 days. You will receive a takeaway tool that you can continue using throughout the year.

The Priority Map Conversation. Build Alignment with Leaders & Teams and be confident about what is (and what is not) a priority for the month ahead.

Best practices of time blocking to help you carve out time day to day to work on these longer term priorities that will contribute to your 2020 goals

 

About the Presenter:
Doug Heidebrecht is an Adler Certified Professional Coach and Personal Productivity Expert who thrives on provoking individuals and teams into discovering a better way to work and a better way to live. Doug’s been in business for 24 years and his practice combines one on one coaching with team coaching and facilitated workshops. Clients include Rotman Executive Programs, Bank of Canada, Enbridge, Lilly, Roche, 3M, BMO, Johnson & Johnson Companies, Samsung, IFDS, Safran, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Toronto Hydro, Sobeys, U of T, WLU, University of Waterloo and many more.

 

This counts towards 2 credit hours for certification maintenance.

Networking Activity: 6:15-6:30 pm

Speaker Presentation: 6:30-8:00 pm

Q&A and Networking: 8:00-8:30 pm

 

Members: $40 plus taxes

Future Members: $50 plus taxes

Cancellations: The Institute for Performance and Learning does not issue refunds for cancelled event registrations.  Cancellations received in writing up to 7 days prior to the event date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another event within the respective calendar year.  If it is a free member event ticket, it is not permitted to transfer one i4PL member's spot to a non-member.  If it is a paid member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the member may transfer the ticket to another i4PL member.  If it is a paid non-member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the non-member may transfer the ticket to an i4PL member or non-member.  Please read the full cancellation policy at: https://performanceandlearning.site-ym.com/page/i4PLCancellationPolicy
