Mohamed Hammoud, Director Localization, Learning & Leadership Development, Autodata Solution

Mohamed is an engaging and experienced multilingual facilitator and keynote speaker who works with organizations to define their strategic blueprint, develop leaders and build effective teams. With over 25 years industry experience, Mohamed leverages a toolkit grounded in adult learning best practices, organizational change management, diversity and inclusion to help organizations harness the best in their staff through creative solutions that involve, influence and inspire.


Shannon Millman, Director of Global Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion at Canada Life

Shannon brings a unique perspective acquiring over 20 years of Human Resources experience from across three different industries- Oil & Gas, Defense Manufacturing, and Insurance.  Diversity & inclusion is part of her DNA having lived in exotic locations such as Africa and Central America.  She has recently completed a series of weekly new adventures to keep living outside of her comfort zone, including a grand finale of performing at Yuk Yuks Comedy Club- being invited back to continue showcasing women in comedy.  


Brad Sensabaugh, Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion, HR, TD
Brad has a diverse career history, including 9+ years as a People Manager, 5+ years as a Project Manager, 3 years as an HR Manager, 6+ years as a Process Architect as well as 3 years as a non-voting board member for Pride at Work Canada. Brad frequently speaks on panels and delivers key note addresses specifically focused on increasing awareness and inclusion of the Transgender community. As a Trans identified man, Brad knows firsthand some of the challenges, barriers and issues that can confront Trans* people in professional work environments.  He leverages his process expertise and leadership skills to assist others in formulating plans to make their environments more welcoming and inclusive to Trans* people, as well as mentoring within his community both personally and professionally



Panelists will share perspectives around how learning and performance professionals can drive inclusion for their organizations and clients, as well as take questions from participants.

CANCELLATIONS: The Institute for Performance and Learning does not issue refunds for cancelled event registrations. Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to the event date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another event within the respective calendar year. If it is a free member event ticket, it is not permitted to transfer one I4PL member's spot to a non-member. If it is a paid member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the member may transfer the ticket to another I4PL member. If it is a paid non-member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the non-member may transfer the ticket to a I4PL member or non-member to use.
