In Lisa’s practice she works with client companies to improve their organizational effectiveness through the implementation or optimization of effective people practices, as well as through organizational development and coaching.
In her 20 years of corporate work, Lisa held various leadership roles in Human Resources, specializing in learning, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. She worked in 5 different industries including pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing, municipal services, wholesale distribution and logistics, agricultural risk-management, and industrial – construction and mining. She has worked with diverse teams around the world, focusing on the development and inclusion of indigenous peoples.
Lisa is a Change Agent. She thrives on helping organizations and leaders to grow and evolve. She brings a practical approach to solving People issues in the workplace by engineering effective management practices that remove the “guess work” out of leadership.
CANCELLATIONS: The Institute for Performance and Learning does not issue refunds for cancelled event registrations. Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to the event date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another event within the respective calendar year. If it is a free member event ticket, it is not permitted to transfer one I4PL member's spot to a non-member. If it is a paid member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the member may transfer the ticket to another I4PL member. If it is a paid non-member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the non-member may transfer the ticket to a I4PL member or non-member to use.
