Innovative tools will be shared by Moe Poirier, from Shift Facilitation. And you’ll sharpen your skills with challenging exercises led by the dynamic duo of Jason Lewis and Nicole Zylstra from The Improv Lab.

A Word About The Facilitators:
Moe Poirier is the Founding Partner of Shift Facilitation. Based in Toronto, he proudly holds his CTDP designation with the I4PL. Through Shift, Moe is on a mission to have trainers reinvent themselves as change agents and value creators for the people and organizations they serve.
Jason Lewis is a facilitator, consultant, and coach who specializes in change management, leadership development, persuasion, and innovation. He regularly facilitates programs on Design Thinking, team performance, strategy, leading change, coaching, conflict, and difficult conversations. In his spare time, he is a co-founder and performer with the Kinkonauts (Calgary’s Improv Lab.)
Nicole Zylstra has spent 20 years working with young people, grown-ups, and corporate clients. She helps them play and communicate more effectively, artfully, and effortlessly. She has coached doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, real estate professionals, sports clinicians, IT and HR professionals, and everything in between. Nicole is proud to be in her 10th year improvising with the Kinkonauts (Calgary’s Improv Lab) and enjoys messing around with Shakespeare, Jane Austen, and full-on Musicals.
CANCELLATIONS: The Institute for Performance and Learning does not issue refunds for cancelled event registrations. Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to the event date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another event within the respective calendar year. If it is a free member event ticket, it is not permitted to transfer one I4PL member's spot to a non-member. If it is a paid member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the member may transfer the ticket to another I4PL member. If it is a paid non-member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the non-member may transfer the ticket to a I4PL member or nonmember to use.
