Alyssa Burkus is Head of Learning Strategy at Actionable.co, where she is responsible for program design that leverages contemporary approaches to learning and behaviour change. She writes and speaks about how new approaches to learning and change are needed in today’s organizations, as well as HR and L&D’s evolving roles in influencing change.
