During this webinar we will explore the Performance-focused Learning Ecosystem to discover how you can use this learner-centric, framework to develop a culture of high-performing, agile and motivated individuals.

Learn how to create a performance-focused culture that continually focuses on evaluating knowledge gaps and providing support for changing behaviour and acquiring new skills. A culture where employees and leaders are engaged in embedding learning in daily operations to improve business outcomes. A culture that is putting learning to work.

For the past 25 years, Shelby Duckworth has been consulting, facilitating, designing curricula and learning experiences for a wide-range of organizations throughout Saskatchewan and North America (including a number of Government of Saskatchewan Ministries, Municipalities and Telecommunication companies). In 1996 she started her own company – AHz Learning Technologies Inc. The company's mission has always been to design and facilitate learning that was engaging, memorable and motivational. While that mission is still the core of what they do at AHz, they are focused on how they can help organizations improve performance by putting learning to work (in other words, apply what’s being been taught when it really matters - on the job.). Their learning design is based on brain research, accelerated learning techniques, adult learning principles, actionable, applied learning with a high-energy 'learner-focused' facilitation style Shelby is the Regina Chapter Chair and was a SME for two (2) of the virtual competency workshops institute will be offering in early 2019.
