Like you, every day, managers and supervisors look at the present level of performance and compare it to the desired level and find a problem. When you’ve been in this situation did your training program fail to fix the problem it was intended to solve? This webinar will introduce you to the Performance Improvement Process Model or PIPM – a systematic approach to the application of performance improvement to help you diagnose the real cause of the performance problem.
