Brett Christensen is a 30 year veteran of the Canadian Navy, the President of Workplace Performance Consulting and an Adjunct Graduate Professor at Boise State University. He is a CTDP and a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with the International Society for Performance Improvement. He has a M.Sc. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and B.Com. from Royal Roads University. His passion is helping organizations get from good to great!
Sean Rea has been working in the performance improvement field for over 17 years and spent 14 years as an internal performance improvement consultant for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the President of Learn2Perform, and a Master Trainer for Friesen, Kaye and Associates. His CTDP is in progress and is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with the International Society for Performance Improvement. He has an MA in sport and performance psychology from the University of Ottawa and a BA in Psychology from Carleton University. His passion is seeing the lightbulb come on when leaders realize what the true cause of the performance problems in their workplace really are and helping them solve them.

CANCELLATIONS: The Institute for Performance and Learning does not issue refunds for cancelled event registrations. Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to the event date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another event within the respective calendar year. If it is a paid member event ticket and the cancellation is received less than seven days before the event, no credit voucher will be issued but the member may transfer the ticket to another I4PL member.
