The 70/20/10 Model on our monthly Twitter Chat

The 70/20/10 model is being tweeted about, debated and discussed more than any other learning trend right now.

We discussed the model from the 80s in the February edition of our monthly Twitter chat.

Special thanks to those who joined us Tuesday, February 23 at 1pm ET on Twitter using the hashtag #talkabtlrng for an informative, insightful and slightly controversial look at how 70/20/10 is revolutionizing learning and development as we know it!

Sorry to have missed the conversation. I am very interested in the topic. Combined with 70/20/10, I am using an approach which I describe as The 4M Learning Framework. Basically it identifies four key drivers of learning:

Motivators: WHAT motivates me to learn?
Models: WHO can I learn from?
    Mentors: WHO can help me?
Mastery: WHERE can I avail of mastery experiences?

    Cheers!
